One provider, one plan

The product is not the expertise.

Vanessa Peixoto, APRN, consults, treats and follows up with every Dermalier patient. She evaluates anatomy, movement, skin, health history and how visible you want the result to be.

You will also hear when an injectable is unlikely to solve the concern. That may lead to laser, skincare, time, a staged plan or no treatment.

Injectables FAQs

Choose with clarity.

These answers explain the categories. Your consultation makes the recommendation specific to you.

What is the difference between Botox and dermal filler?

Botox and Dysport temporarily reduce selected muscle activity. Dermal fillers add support, contour or volume. The right category depends on whether movement, structure, volume or skin quality is creating the concern.

What is facial balancing?

Facial balancing looks at how the cheeks, nose, lips, chin, jawline and profile relate. A plan may use filler, neuromodulator, biostimulator or no injectable at all depending on the anatomy and goal.

Are Sculptra and Radiesse dermal fillers?

They are injectable implants often grouped with fillers, but their materials and treatment behavior differ from hyaluronic acid filler. Both can stimulate collagen, and neither is managed like reversible HA filler.

Which injectable gives immediate results?

Hyaluronic acid filler creates immediate visible support, although swelling affects the first-day appearance. Neuromodulators take days to develop, PRF is gradual and Sculptra relies on a longer collagen-building timeline.

Can I combine Botox and filler?

They can be part of the same broader plan because they address different causes, but timing and suitability are individualized. Combining treatments is not automatically necessary.
